APPLES, SAUSAGES & CIDER

We’re putting cider back on the dinner table. Cafe D’Alsace has always been known for a ridiculous beer & wine list but now they are taking the cider program to the next level. From October 19th till the 26th we will teaming up with Cafe D to bring some of the best local, Canadian and French ciders. We will be focusing on some dry bottle condition gems that are now available in NY. Oh yeah and of course we will be pairing  them up with Chef Philippe’s rocking dishes…. Stay tuned for more info
