Stinky Cheese – WineSomm vs. BeerSomm

Pay homage to odorous fromage at Tour de France’s Stinky Cheese Festival, a bacchanal of beer, wine, and glorious dairy on Thursday, February 9th. 9 French-taurants will host the one-night-only expo, where they’ll stuff you with unlimited samples of 20 pungents like Limburger, Taleggio & Epoisse, plus endless specialty dishes chosen to showcase different varietals, from bleu cheese ice cream, to mac ‘n Limburger, to raclette de fromage, a serving method by which raclette is heated to a gooey spread, also the 9.5 points that melted cheesehead gamblers when the Pack couldn’t cover.

Your beveraging is facilitated jointly by Le Tour’s wine sommelier and beer sommelier, who’ll engage in brutal physical combat over the appropriate accompaniment to Stilton a friendly pairing contest, matching crafts and wines for you to sip endlessly. You can crush 2.5 curd-filled hours of this fest for just $38; or live large with a $53 VIP pass that gets you an extra hour (starts 630p) for an exclusive pairing session and a chance to beat the hopefully not-odorous crowds to the cheese.
